Default who are doin bubbles in that water?

how is possible to make light by sound waves in
a bubble in a liquid

what is the amplitude of the sound, frequency and
the consistency of the liquid, is it water?

pressure, density, and the bubble

who are doin bubbles in that water?

Obviously!

However, you do have a just to pay an adequate attention to what would
follows :

helium + helium --- beryllium
beryllium + helium --- carbon
carbon + helium --- oxygen

Therefore, as along that matter, especially along a carbon and an oxygen
matter, an electromagnetic strength, is along the corner all along, a
definitely as a matter a fact.

Light is relatively easy to produce.
Try, for example, to unroll common siliconized
tape in complete darkness. You will see light emission
at the place where the glue is breaking (triboluminescence).
Any means that can create excitation of atoms or molecules
is good for light emission. One more example, related to
your question is the heating of substances. That, can
bring them too in excitation states followed by emission
of radiation which could be in the visible spectrum.
Ultrasound can help in creating bubbles or in
stimulating the oscillation of the pre-existing ones
which at a certain point will collapse. This process
is with heat creation. ( See Wikipedia: cavitation )

Are you talking about sonoluminescence?
