Electron moves in a copper atomic shell

Default Electron moves in a copper atomic shell


Miss Erica Guisse would take a fit....but I believe Electrons move in
their highest atomic shell since I believe that the highest shell
electrons move between copper atoms even with no current applied to a
wire (or this cloud is distributed along multiple atoms)?
