when you graduate somthin, there are some rituals you
have to go throu when thay give you your diploma what are these rituals and why?

You have to show up in rooms where there is a shaman of great experience and wisdom who will demand that you learn and practice arcane skills and dark arts. The shaman will disparage you if you do not demonstrate competence in these skills and arts. Acolytes who do well will be admitted into locked rooms in cellars, where actual spells and impenetrable constructions are being built, and you will be forced to create one of your own, of your own design and imagination, before being awarded a Hat of the shaman.
