Default Time Aberration since gravitational red shift = gravitational time dilation.

1. The Gravitional Red Shifting of Light ***EXACTLY EXACTLY equals***
Gravitional Time dilation. (coulda sworn Eric's hair would
be red?)

Thus slower pulses (red shift) of light (tick...tick) also exaclty
slows the pulse rate of the time, therefore doppler shifting exactly
matches the time dilation (gravitational).

(* Equations for both at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravitational_red_shift
and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravita..._time_dilation)

{ % difference: z = wavelength_difference, t = time
dilation_difference (thus z = 1 / t )
at Wikipedia above z = (z_o - z_f ) / z_f } therefore t =
(t_o - t_f) / t_f
therefore t = (t_o / t_f ) - 1 (= equation (A))

So at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravita..._time_dilation .....
just plug in the t_o equation into equation (A) above and it will give
you the same equation (inverse) as the gravitational_red_shift
equation at Wikipedia.

2. Since#1 is true, and since there's also an aberration red shifting
(actually much more then red) DURING higher observed
velocities(Wikepedia) as the observed object's (platform's) velocity
nears "c"(speed of light).....

("aberration of light" info at: http://www.fourmilab.ch/cship/aberration.html)

CONCLUSION:

Therefore like #1's gravitational effects to time, ***most probably***
a reduced(or increased) pulse rate of light due to aberration(doppler
and angular) will also cause a time flow change (hence a TIME
ABERRATION)?

Yes that's a good post, understanding light.
Once one understands how light is used to
measure time, length and energy, you pretty
much got relativity (SR & GR) bagged.
Cheers
