Default transparent desktop

i just installed ny maicrosoft softwaer on my computen,
makine the windoes transparent, so i can see more then
one level at the same time

i wonder now, what would happen, if a smart electronic
engineer will code a propgram making even the desktop
transparent

what is behind the desktop, the naked electrons from the
cathode? how are they look like?
