There are things such as protons, electrons, radiation and nature's
fundamental forces. These are all physical things (stuff). There are
theories and stuff but many may be wrong. More experiments need to be
done before some things are discarded once and for all. We will, one
day, start to get the true picture like when we started to realize the
earth is not flat. The quantum stuff is holding us in a dark age and we
should grow out of it.

Trouble is 'QM stuff' (ie models built of the principles of QM) are the only
ones so far in accord with experiment. Attempts to build ones along
classical lines failed ie are not in accord with experiment. What science
should do (and has done) is outgrow the idea theories should conform to
'common sense' (not that sense was ever that common) - which seems your main
gripe. You are welcome to put forth theories along lines that you consider
not in the dark ages and make testable predictions with them. But please
understand philosophical waffle is not a theory - they must make testable
non trivial predictions.

Thanks
Bill

Me thinks you have never studied a quantum mechanics textbook. Get
yourself one and study it until you understand it a little and then come
back and give us a report.

Wrong! I have studied the quantum **** and it totally sucks. For
instance, i chuckled through QED. The little "things" called photons
bouncing off of shiny objects were hilarious.

You are so mislead. The quantum **** rots minds and you are proof.

You, Kolt, are a complete nitwit. You wouldn't be able to spew nonsense
across the internet if it wasn't for quantum physics.

Radiation and nature's fundemental forces are very real and physical.
This means the elctromagnetic, gravitation and nuclear forces are
conducted by some physical substance. Why should these things not have
mass and occupy space even if magnitudes smaller than a fraction of the
diameter of the electron.

Hmm... Didn't think photons bounce off of anything. Me thinks you were
studying the wrong textbooks. In fact I doubt that you have studied QED
at all.

You say light waves actually are composed of photons. And you say that
a
photon will be reflected (or so you should since light waves are
reflected) by
say, a mirror. Is this not a bouncing photon?

Ut oh... Another freakin' moronic jackass on board! ;-)

You are aboard... are you one of the moronic whatever? I wish I were a
savior
and rescue you guys from the grip of some ****ty thing calling itself a

theory. We would, then, be able to go foreward. May the quantum thing
die.

Should big houses be built out of smaller houses ?
Should bricks be built with smaller bricks.
How many characteristics of a clay granual can
you scale up and use as a blueprint for a house?

The builder of a house doen't have to be concerned
that clay grainuals don't have anything like windows
and doors to build a house with clay grainuals.

Likewise, we don't have to insist that matter be comprised
of matter in a search for more fundamental
structures and mechanisms.

No. Photons are emitted or absorbed. They don't "bounce" as far as we
know. I never said photons are reflected by a mirror. The mirror
absorbs the incoming photons and new photons are emitted.

Just as I thought; you don't know jack about QED.
