Subject: UFO Gravity Lensing "Manta Ray"?

When the Manta Ray turned sideways with its belly facing the cameras
(performance for the Sightings camera crew), and arced over and in front
of us, the parallel rows of lights can be seen bending in and bending
out as it turned towards us, then away from us, as if the light was
warped by a very strong gravity field around the craft (lensing affect).
You can see these images at
http://www.abcfield.force9.co.uk/bcornet/bcornet12.html.

Hey Bruce what's that "Manta Ray"? Were you shown an alien craft by
Bigelow? What's the scoop? Big bcc list. So tell me if that info is
classified?

Key formula is (in weak field limit for simplicity) the dominant
Einstein equation is for the Ricci tensor (not the Einstein tensor Guv)

R00(warp drive) ~ (G/c^4)(T00(zpf) + T11(zpf) + T22(zpf) + T33(zpf))

Now, for example, if we have spherical symmetry (this will not be true
in actual alien ET "flying saucer" craft of course where asymmetric
boundary effects will dominate) as a pedagogical example only

(T00(zpf) + T11(zpf) + T22(zpf) + T33(zpf)) = Too(1 + 3w) -- T00(zpf)(1
- 1 - 1 - 1) = -2Too(zpf)

This is the w(isotropic) = -1 case I mainly talk about as a toy model.
Here a positive zpf energy density anti-gravitates and a negative zpf
energy density gravitates.

Strengths much larger than normal are possible. That, is effective
space-time stiffness of c^4/G ~ 10^49 ergs/cm can be much lower!

If we have a Casimir parallel plate set up (like in a thin film) then,
Matt Visser tells us that, we get

T00(zpf)(1 - 1 -1 + 3)

1 - 1 - 1 + 3 = 1 + 3w

w = +1/3

i.e. w(parallel plate) = +1/3 but this is misleading - it by
coincidence looks like isotropic radiation - but that is an accidental
degeneracy that Hal has mis-interpreted.

This is what is assumed in all the pop articles talking about "negative
energy for warp drive" It's the longitudinal pressure perpendicular to
the plates that controls what happens. Here negative zpf energy density
anti-gravitates, and positive zpf energy density gravitates as normal.
So the boundary translational symmetry group breaking has qualitatively
different emergent effects.

Rough rule, "dark energy" (negative zpf pressure) anti-gravity from
compact sources will defocus light rays like a concave lens with
incident parallel light behind it you facing lens. It will also shift
all frequencies to the "blue". So those two together.

Similarly, "dark matter" (positive zpf pressure) from compact source,
will be like a convex lens in front of you focusing incident parallel
light behind it, with a red shift.

Thanks Jack.

I never got far enough with Bigelow to document the reversed Doppler data.

This is the most important piece of data about the UFO phenomenon IMHO.
BTW I assume you read Vallee's "Fastwalker"? When ship is standing still
yet Doppler shows it's moving fast is simply manipulating the zero point
pressure in thin films on the fuselage to make gravity redshifts and
blue shifts.

.... thought I might be onto something, but didn't support further
develop of it at NIDS.

You might check out those powerpoints I put online.

Yes, I will. :-)

There is much much more to my data than sound data.

How are the craft able to produce such impressive colored plasmas, and
control them by generating them off to the sides of the craft (not
attached to any obvious physical device)?

They could move their lights around or generate them anywhere on or near
the craft's surface. You can't do that without a 3-D electromagnetic
field that can be precisely (computer) controlled in shape.

I also documented how their propulsion system does a strange figure
eight oscillation, with the plasma lights dancing back and forth in a
looping motion as the craft moved forward. As the pattern of
oscillation increased in speed, the plasmas got brighter and brighter
until everything was a brilliant white ball.

Three lights doing alternating loops. Does antigravity propulsion
require such oscillation to produce lift or forward motion?

Off top of my head, it may be some kind of stability error correction
technique?

The basic idea is in the Alcubierre toy model.

pastedGraphic.tiff

In this picture, if we use their color coding so that "red" is really a
gravity redshift, and "blue" is really a gravity blue shift, then in the
above momentary ZPF pressure configuration in a phased-array of tiny
high Tc superconducting circuits with variable magnetic fluxes through
tiny solenoids (something like that) the ship will move to the left. The
"blue" means a negative zpf pressure in the stern. The "red" means a
positive zpf pressure in the bow. These gravity color shifts oppose the
normal motional Doppler shift. The kind of figure 8 stuff you see may be
design specific to the particular craft - beyond my current ability to
analyze. But I will let your data sink in. :-)

I need to think about all this carefully. No quick response. Data is the
key thing in all of science. :-)

For the historical record, I think Bruce Cornet's observation of
"reverse Doppler effect" in sounds from UFOs to be of key importance.
That is exactly what to expect from geodesic warp drive - universal all
signals in all media from the equivalence principle. Good work Bruce!
One iron post of observation is worth a million paper-mache
speculations. :-)

Linda Howe says AF General told Canadian Defense Minister that Col Corso
was telling the truth. I have always maintained this and I have
consistently supported the basic Colonel Corso scenario - for the record.

Glad to know you found a new job. So you are now a Texan too.

.... prevented me from getting an adequate audience with Bigelow, always
giving me an excuse. I was afraid to go over his head, having just
started a new job. The one time I had an opportunity to present my
findings to Bigelow, he constantly interrupted my presentation. ... did
not help: He always agreed with Bigelow. If Bob had only kept his mouth
shut and allowed me to continue, I would have answered all of his
questions. As a result, I only got through 1/3rd of my presentation.
Bigelow never gave me another opportunity to show him my evidence, and
.... apparently did nothing to educate him without bias about my work.

Is this about "reverse Doppler" or something else. Bigelow is not a
scientist. Tell him I said that. Tell Bigelow from me that he should
think about his legacy, how future generations will view him - if he
will be remembered at all.

Anyone as narrow minded and prejudiced as Bigelow will always come up
short on success in science. I think you will agree with me that
Bigelow has a serious problem with his pride and ego. He nor Colm could
accept the idea that I had much more success than NIDS had, and
accomplished more on a shoestring budget, while Bigelow spent millions
and got very few answers in return.

Sounds like USG. :-)

A common strategy to discount the success of others is to question or
ignore their research. Colm did some fine work while at NIDS, but was
also limited too much by Bigelow. You know that to be true.

The worst part of my stint at NIDS was not having any budget for field
expenses and research equipment. Shackled to an office desk I had
little or no opportunity to demonstrate what I could do and accomplish.
Bigelow and NIDS were the big losers. As it turns out, my next career
opportunity and next significant other in my life were being set up
using Bigelow and my job at NIDS (if you are interested, I will fill you
in on the details over the phone). I have to thank Bigelow for making
those opportunities possible. But I doubt he is capable of
understanding such things, since he is so inept at knowing how to manage
and fund unrestricted scientific research into the paranormal. He could
never tolerate anyone around him who disagreed with him and exposed his
ignorance in front of other employees. He is too much of a control freak.

At the end ... showed me his true colors when he came up with a
ridiculous excuse why one of my sightings and recordings couldn't be
what I interpreted it to be.
http://www.sunstar-solutions.com/AOP/U-Turn/uturn.htm I added
additional evidence to my presentations to counter any future claim that
I didn't rule out all reasonable alternative explanations. I hope
Colm's treatment of me was because he was P.H.A. and job, and not
because he is incapable of accepting or understanding the facts I had
recorded and documented near Pine Bush, NY.

H ... was a big disappointment, and ... was too secretive (deceptive).
Too bad they could not see the contribution I was bringing to NIDS, or
relate it to Bigelow. Hal indicated that I should continue my research,
but distanced himself from me, possibly because Jack had embraced my
reversed Doppler discoveries.

VERY INTERESTING. Noted for the historical record. Historians get set,
on your mark, write! I embraced them only because the PHYSICS demanded
it! :-)

I have put those PowerPoint presentations with revisions on line, and
they can be accessed at
http://www.sunstar-solutions.com/AOP...sentations.htm.
You can download these ppts, and play them. It may take a little time,
since they are large :-) I think they are worth your time because of
the amount of information, explanation, and effort I put into them.

I am really happy being back on track with my old career in geology,
paleobotany, and palynology. If you want to see just how thorough and
exacting I am with details and logic on a scientific subject that I have
researched for 32 years, go
tohttp://www.sunstar-solutions.com/sunstar/Why02/why.htm. In the
beginning, my discoveries and ideas on angiosperm evolution were
similarly rejected or ignored by my peers, but in 1999 molecular biology
and paleoentomology falsified the dominant theories of my peers,
ultimately showing that my ideas are right on the mark (truth).
Unfortunately the good fortunes of my peers translates to decades lost
not having a full time job at a major college or university. I
struggled to survive because I would not travel with the herd.

Frankly, Eric, I think people will eventually recognize that I was way
ahead of my time (or they weren't as smart), and the negative
impressions that my peers had of me and my research were wrong. If I
was hired by NIDS as a premeditated ploy to discredit me by association
(NIDS is considered to be a part of the disinformation cadre), it will
ultimately fail.

Jack:

Bigelow had no confidence in Bruce Cornet so he laid-off Bruce using a
budget cutting pretense almost five months after Bruce reported for work.
That was in spring 2004. Hal and Kit would not have been able to

tell Bruce
anything about your work because the NIDS SAB was disbanded the month

after
I was laid-off in spring 2002, and Kit left the board in 1998.

Since you do not have access to my STAIF paper on negative energy and

will
not be able to read it until the symposium convenes in February and the
proceedings thus released, your opinions on my paper are completely
spurious.

Eric seems to think that the w = -1 idea is only applicable in

cosmology.
Below I indicate how it applies on the small-scale in presence of
boundaries that will, of course, shift w(zpf) away from its isotropic
homogeneous value of -1 from the breaking of T4 symmetry in cavities,
thin films etc.

The effect I am talking about here is the only effect strong enough

to do
the job. Everything Eric is presenting at STAIF is completely
impractical. The numbers do not work out. They cannot explain the UFO
data that Eric himself has published whilst at NIDS in Las Vegas.

What I
am talking about can and does e.g. Bruce Cornet's "reverse

Doppler" from
the UFOs - the key signature of what I am talking about mind you.

Cornet
directed NIDS for awhile before Bigelow prematurely closed it down. He
might not have if Hal & Kit had properly informed him of what I was up
to.

"The negative pressure operates in three directions [equally]

making the
repulsive effect of the negative pressure three times larger than the
attraction produced by the [positive] energy density." wrote Richard
Gott in "Time Travel".

OK on the much smaller scale of the alien ET Unconventional Flying
Object with the "G-Engine" ( George Trimble's "G" for "Geodesic")
"acceleration field" (Paul Hill) the "Casimir" boundaries will

introduce
small-scale anisotropies, i.e.

(energy density)[1 - (a + b + c)] = trace of exotic vacuum stress-

energy
tensor

In cosmology a = b = c = 1 (large-scale isotropy)

w = -(1/3)(a + b + c)

we are in the profitable "metric engineering" business for weightless
warp drive and star gate manufacture when

-1 = w = -1/3
