The evidence of these measurements is in the commonly used notation, in
which the speed of light is 299,792,458 meters per second. This shows
that in previously used metric systems the TWLS had to be measured. In
the metric system used today, a more natural value such as 1 could be
used, with appropriate redefinition of length and time units.

tell me which one contains the raw direct measurements of TWLS and the
corrections (the delay time at the mirror) that they used to make TWLS
equal to c. Then I will read through that paper.

way. They already assumed that the speeed of light is c. They
calculated the required wavelength to fit the measured frequency.

Students who aspire to do original research in any field are trained
how to go to the library, dig up, and read any published work that is
relevant to their work, especially highly cited and seminal papers. Any
student who does not learn how to do this does not advance to being an
independent researcher. Any student who claims it is up to others to
approach him and spoon-feed him the fruits of their work is quite often
slapped up-side the head before being shown the door.

High school students are in fact required to do an elementary form of
this kind of work, in preparation for college studies.

Ken Seto, who has no understanding of physics despite claiming to know
what SR says, also has no understanding of what it means to be a
scientist, even at a high school level.
