Default Direct TWLS Measurement

No I am not going to read through all those papers. You read them and
tell me which one contains the raw direct measurements of TWLS and the
corrections (the delay time at the mirror) that they used to make TWLS
equal to c. Then I will read through that paper.

That's not measuring the speed of light directly....the old fashion
way. They already assumed that the speeed of light is c. They
calculated the required wavelength to fit the measured frequency.

You claimed that they measured the speed of light the old fashion way
with one clocki and reflecting mirror. So it is you who need to provide
the reference. I see no reason for me to waste my time to confirm your
claim.
