What does TWLS stand for?

SRians claim that there were a lot of direct TWLS measurements done
before they settle on the current defintion for TWLS of 1
light-second/1 clock second.

I asked them to give me references for such direct measurements but
they refused. Instead they sent me to a wild goose chase. They sent me
to sites that describes the method they use that give rise to the
current definition for a meter.

Is it possible that they never measure the TWLS of light
directly?????????????

That's not a direct measurement of TWLS. It assumes that there is a
corresponding wavelength for the detected frequency to give TWLS equal
to c.

This is nonsense. What you are saying is that if the answer doesn't
come out to be c you can make all these assumed corrections to make the
answer comes out to be c.

So why don't you give us one reference where TWLS was measured the old
fashion way with the correction of the delay time at the mirror???
