Fundamental Mathematical Constants. These form a whole coherent
web of equations. Standard International CODATA symbols, equations
and nomenclature apply (in general SI units) in the "Arithmetic of
Everything" (the AOE) analysis. [See {ISS}.wpd; 59KB ..by request.]

These are the magnitudes we -ought- to arrive at by Least Squares
adjustment of all our experimentally measured magnitudes of these
Fundamental Physical Constants ..just as STANDARD pi is the simple
magnitude we -ought- arrive at, if we EVER did a Least Squares
adjustment of all of our experimentally as-measured magnitudes of

But any [GUESS] {ISS} PERiODiC TABLE mass is EXACT to ten figures.

We NOW know these constants are all simple composites of pi & "e".

Note the old SI CODATA 'Magnetic Permeability', pi & "e" Constants
are NOT "measured" experimental Constants ..each one had assigned
to it a "REAL number" MATHEMATiCAL Constant. Note ..for example,
that the Magnetic Permeability of vacuum constant Uo = 4*pi / 10^7.

Pi, (pi + 1), integer powers of 10 & "e" and the Stefan Boltzmann
Constant of Radiation Qx (another structured composite of 10 & "e"
form a co-ordinate matrix which "spits out" all of the Fundamental
