3. No.. there is no "logical explanation" for

or anywhere else.
4. Lorentz's famous "aether theory" was an attempt
to answer the question but is now universally
rejected by Physics.
5. So far then, there IS NO ANSWER to the question.

of human reality.

Since human reality is another word for "God", we may finally
conclude that the REASON that "C is a constant for all observers",

PHYSICIS can NEVER answer the question.... other than

the POR implies the speed of light is constant.

why charge is conserved (if in fact it is) we do not know at this stage

Therefore,

Your logic has led you astray. The fact that time space etc are constructs
of human intuition not necessarily implied by the facts does not imply the
other things that go into physical theories are eg the laws of QM definitely
are not constructs of our intuition - they are hard won from experiment.
