Had a quick scan. Despite the use of buzzwords like Noethers theorem it is
pretty obvious the author is probably a crank eg 'Gravity creates the time
dimension of matter, as required by the "local" and hence "causal" nature of
bound energy..' Gravity does not create time - gravity is space-time
curvature.
