This is very simple. The witchdoctors and headhunters wear the masks of good
in the day, they setup an asylum in life. At night they wear the masks of
evil and scare the common men, to the asylum. And of course THEY are the
asylum. And the masks of good and evil do not have to face paint, and masks,
and drums that are beaten, and skulls on sticks. Any fear will do. And
sometimes the front men, the witchdoctors don't do the scaring part,
sometimes there are worker bees that do that. Sometimes noone does it out of
intention, but by arrogance, or self righteousness. But when push comes to
shove, the leaders, as the worker bees, reveal themselves, in the use of fear
and insistence on tutelage instead of enlightenment. And such is the very
most first and obvious sign of a CABAL, is a MINISTRY OF TRUTH., and control
of truth. For once knowledge and rationality, and truth abound, man seeks to
stop aristocratic thought, and stop the CABAL. So the coverup of fear
perpetuation must be effect by clandestination. If a consensus reality is to
be effected, without everyone being a part of consensus, then the choices are
outright authoritarianism, or CABAL.





And it is not solved by separation of church and state. The state just

religion, are a OPTIONAL, VOLUNTARY CHOICE. And civilty is all that is
demanded by men, and liberty is guaranteed until a transgression is made. Can
a man be judged before a crime? Yes, but that just justifies observation and
prevention, not loss of his liberty. Loss of his privacy perhaps, but not
loss of his liberty.




And CABAL's purpose is to establish A SOCIAL ORDER, PECKING ORDERS, an
authoritarian regime, either by intent, arrogance, or self righteousness.
Censorship of speech, expression, politics, and religion are effected. And
the reason being is that if you have any asylum in yourself, you will seek
yourself as a solution and not them. You will seek enlightenment, not
tutelage. So, Pharoah's first agenda, is to rob you of your own asylums, to
enter the personal realm, the psyche, and interoggate it, and eradicate it,
until man has no asylum in thought, just tutelage and Pharaoh. And you can
see Pharoah's eye, and his CABAL of institution (pyramids) upon the back of
every dollar bill. The minute institution becomes more important than the
purpose of institution, you have found a CABAL. The mechanism by which they
enter the psyche is by laws of virtue that have nothing to do with civilty,
laws that address things that are no transgression of nobody. Laws that
establish a reason for law, besides effecting civilty, and civilization. Laws
that effect some higher standard than civilization, community and communal
thought. Laws that effect aristocracy and tyranny. And often the absolutism
of a God is used, And when God is a carte blanche ticket to step on people,
then you have a CABAL. God, the devil, and the anointed representatives of
God. And the hypocrisy is if God is omnipotent he would just put the devil to
and end, and even would never have created him. The supposition is always
there is something that only God and institution can save you from, and only
in tutelage, and abandonment of enlightenment can you every have comfort and
asylum. And the first thing the Bible says is man was wrong for seeking
knowledge and it was the devil that told him to understand what is right and
wrong.




Now, ofcourse there are absolutes in life, and the purpose of democracy is to
reach them, and stop aristocracy from getting in the way. But until we
democratically agree that we have reached the standard of complete authority.
Now complete and absolute authorities can override democracy. And a system of
not enough representatives, a system of only a few representatives, makes a
bad republic, and not a good democracy. A government by the people, for the
people, can only be such, if it is a government OF THE PEOPLE. And since the
design of government is fixed, democracy and republicanism, then the only
answer to fix the problem of aristocracy arising and forming social orders of
CABAL, is redundancy of representatives. Who will watch the Watchmen? A
question as old as republicanism itself. And the answer is certainly not the

Juvenal, Satires, VI, 347. Bigger and bigger congresses until the reliability

And the first sign to watch out for are the arguments of incredulity. Some
allusion to a devil or evil, some religion being applied to government, some
reason man must immediately accept tutelage, some reason government must not
explain itself and entertain man with the dignity of enlightenment as to why
its representatives are doing one thing or another. What are the CABALS
today? Simply ask who the SOCIAL ORDERS are. What are the pecking orders, who
is trying to establish a pecking order. I will not say who the races or
religions or people are, except to say it is not the minorities in any of
those cases, or the unfortunate, it is anything that has an inkling of
aristocratic smell to it.
What are the tools of aristocracy? What are not the tools of aristocracy?
1. the aristocracy seeks to control the common man, skill, either skill
of hand or skill of mind, cannot be the standard of life, the hammer and
sickle cannot be the standard, for if skill is the standard, they can be
supplanted by skill.
2. Aristocracy, usually suggests some divinity or peity. Some reason for
themselves to be respected other than skill. They must control skill.
3. Marketing and religion are the tools of aristocracy. Jewish
Engineering (sorry for the slur) as opposed to German engineering. “The sell”
is more important than the value. And we see who is in charge of the business
world. It is not the thinking people. It is no economic scientists,
accountants, or R&D scientists, or even salesmen. It is marketing people. And
they do not even make good marketing people, since they profess to sell
products on a basis other than skill.
4. Men who profess skill, by hand or creed, those who in spirit worship
the hammer and sickle, cannot be let into an old boys network, a GOP, a
“Grand Old Party”, because that would just be an affront to the exploitation
of skills, by lazy leeches on our society. It is not poor people who are
leeches, it is marketeers.




So we see, old age religion, and snake oil marketing, VOODOO economics are
all mechanisms of CABAL and all very much related. And new age mysticism,
like its old age counterpart, plays a vital role. The youth must have
something to aspire to, they must have some place for their strife and
spirit, they must conquer details and not concepts. They must aspire to new
details, new gimmicks and snake oil, and when they do, and if they succeed,
the old boys strike a deal, on details, NEVER concept. God can never be the
standard, morality must be. God himself is a lover of morality, and just one
player within it. There can never be arguments of incredulity that supersede
the need for understanding, logic, reason,and enlightenment. No reason by
which government does not have to explain itself, or account to its

psychiatric inmates/patients, supervise other psychiatrists who administer it
(as in teaching institutions), or make referrals to psychiatrists who do.

states/provinces (where applicable) and countries.

most first and obvious sign of a CABAL, is a MINISTRY OF TRUTH., and control
of truth. For once knowledge and rationality, and truth abound, man seeks to
stop aristocratic thought, and stop the CABAL. So the coverup of fear
perpetuation must be effect by clandestination. If a consensus reality is to
be effected, without everyone being a part of consensus, then the choices are

And it is not solved by separation of church and state. The state just

they commit crimes. The doctors wear the masks of good today, as they did in

a standard other than crime arises, then the door is open for abuse, because
no thought policing is valid. Certainly psychiatry and psychology as well as
all medical arts are valid pursuits, as long, as they, along with God and
religion, are a OPTIONAL, VOLUNTARY CHOICE. And civilty is all that is
demanded by men, and liberty is guaranteed until a transgression is made. Can
a man be judged before a crime? Yes, but that just justifies observation and
prevention, not loss of his liberty. Loss of his privacy perhaps, but not
loss of his liberty.




And CABAL's purpose is to establish A SOCIAL ORDER, PECKING ORDERS, an
authoritarian regime, either by intent, arrogance, or self righteousness.
Censorship of speech, expression, politics, and religion are effected. And
the reason being is that if you have any asylum in yourself, you will seek
yourself as a solution and not them. You will seek enlightenment, not
tutelage. So, Pharoah's first agenda, is to rob you of your own asylums, to
enter the personal realm, the psyche, and interoggate it, and eradicate it,
until man has no asylum in thought, just tutelage and Pharaoh. And you can
see Pharoah's eye, and his CABAL of institution (pyramids) upon the back of
every dollar bill. The minute institution becomes more important than the
purpose of institution, you have found a CABAL. The mechanism by which they
enter the psyche is by laws of virtue that have nothing to do with civilty,
laws that address things that are no transgression of nobody. Laws that
establish a reason for law, besides effecting civilty, and civilization. Laws
that effect some higher standard than civilization, community and communal
thought. Laws that effect aristocracy and tyranny. And often the absolutism
of a God is used, And when God is a carte blanche ticket to step on people,
then you have a CABAL. God, the devil, and the anointed representatives of
God. And the hypocrisy is if God is omnipotent he would just put the devil to
and end, and even would never have created him. The supposition is always
there is something that only God and institution can save you from, and only
in tutelage, and abandonment of enlightenment can you every have comfort and
asylum. And the first thing the Bible says is man was wrong for seeking
knowledge and it was the devil that told him to understand what is right and
wrong.




Now, ofcourse there are absolutes in life, and the purpose of democracy is to
reach them, and stop aristocracy from getting in the way. But until we
democratically agree that we have reached the standard of complete authority.
Now complete and absolute authorities can override democracy. And a system of
not enough representatives, a system of only a few representatives, makes a
bad republic, and not a good democracy. A government by the people, for the
people, can only be such, if it is a government OF THE PEOPLE. And since the
design of government is fixed, democracy and republicanism, then the only
answer to fix the problem of aristocracy arising and forming social orders of
CABAL, is redundancy of representatives. Who will watch the Watchmen? A
question as old as republicanism itself. And the answer is certainly not the
watchmen, which leaves the people. "Sed quis custodiet ipsos Custodes?" -
Juvenal, Satires, VI, 347. Bigger and bigger congresses until the reliability
problem is addressed.





And the first sign to watch out for are the arguments of incredulity. Some
allusion to a devil or evil, some religion being applied to government, some
reason man must immediately accept tutelage, some reason government must not
explain itself and entertain man with the dignity of enlightenment as to why
its representatives are doing one thing or another. What are the CABALS
today? Simply ask who the SOCIAL ORDERS are. What are the pecking orders, who
is trying to establish a pecking order. I will not say who the races or
religions or people are, except to say it is not the minorities in any of
those cases, or the unfortunate, it is anything that has an inkling of
aristocratic smell to it.
What are the tools of aristocracy? What are not the tools of aristocracy?
1. the aristocracy seeks to control the common man, skill, either skill
of hand or skill of mind, cannot be the standard of life, the hammer and
sickle cannot be the standard, for if skill is the standard, they can be
supplanted by skill.
2. Aristocracy, usually suggests some divinity or peity. Some reason for
themselves to be respected other than skill. They must control skill.
3. Marketing and religion are the tools of aristocracy. Jewish
Engineering (sorry for the slur) as opposed to German engineering. “The sell”
is more important than the value. And we see who is in charge of the business
world. It is not the thinking people. It is no economic scientists,
accountants, or R&D scientists, or even salesmen. It is marketing people. And
they do not even make good marketing people, since they profess to sell
products on a basis other than skill.
4. Men who profess skill, by hand or creed, those who in spirit worship
the hammer and sickle, cannot be let into an old boys network, a GOP, a
“Grand Old Party”, because that would just be an affront to the exploitation
of skills, by lazy leeches on our society. It is not poor people who are
leeches, it is marketeers.




So we see, old age religion, and snake oil marketing, VOODOO economics are
all mechanisms of CABAL and all very much related. And new age mysticism,
like its old age counterpart, plays a vital role. The youth must have
something to aspire to, they must have some place for their strife and
spirit, they must conquer details and not concepts. They must aspire to new
details, new gimmicks and snake oil, and when they do, and if they succeed,
the old boys strike a deal, on details, NEVER concept. God can never be the
standard, morality must be. God himself is a lover of morality, and just one
player within it. There can never be arguments of incredulity that supersede
the need for understanding, logic, reason,and enlightenment. No reason by
which government does not have to explain itself, or account to its
employers, THE PEOPLE. And it is not solved by separation of church and

The following statement is largely based on the one published under "Shock
Doctor Roster" in one of the last issues of Madness Network News (Spring
1986) where the Roster had been published regularly for 12 years

Listed psychiatrists either administer or authorize shock "treatment" for
psychiatric inmates/patients, supervise other psychiatrists who administer it
(as in teaching institutions), or make referrals to psychiatrists who do.

We encourage shock survivors and other people to e-mail to
(using Roster in the subject line) the names
electroshock psychiatrists, their hospital affiliations, cities,
states/provinces (where applicable) and countries.

In addition to your e-mail address, please include your name and snail-mail
address with your submission(s). The Roster will not list any names submitted
anonymously. Listed psychiatrists who no longer use this procedure, or have
been mistakenly included on the Roster, will have their names removed from
the Roster upon notification to .

We chose the name "Shock Doctor Roster" because psychiatric facilities where
electroshock is used, frequently prepare "shock rosters" naming those people
who are scheduled to be shocked at a given time. We selected the term "shock
doctor" in memory of Ernest Hemingway, who used it in anger while being
