What, precisely, is an "aether theory"?

A true Aether theory would quantify the Aether, based upon empirical
data. It would show both the quantum state of the Aether, and its
"fabric" state. Without actual values and dimensions, which match the
data, you would have an Aether philosophy.

I show the quantum Aether unit to be represented as a constant equal to
16pi^2 times Coulomb's constant. Whereas Coulomb's constant mitigates
the electrostatic force between electrostatic charges, I show that the
Aether constant mitigates the electromagnetic force between
electromagnetic charges. I further quantify the difference between the
electromagnetic charge and the electrostatic charge, all based upon the
empirical data.

Because we can quantify these two types of charge, a mathematically
correct Unified Force Theory results. This theory unifies not only the
electric forces, but also the gravitational force. It also shows that
matter is gravitationally repulsive to anti-matter.

Of course, a true Aether theory, being the ultimate basis of all
physics, explains much, much more.

Dave
