discoverd a new theory for relativity.this theory is based on QUANTUM
THEORY with the help of quantum theory we can derived the condition of
relativity which is equivalent to EINSTEIN'S relativty. advantage of
my theory is that this is based on quantum theory and we can give

Have you heard of Doubly Special Relativity (DSR)? It incorporates the
Planck constant (h) into the postulates of the special theory of relativity,
and its predictions match some previously unexplained experimental data from
cosmic gamma rays.

If you want me to analyze your theory, please send an abstract of it. In any
case, for copyright adventage, you should submit to a peer-refereed journal
and first contact with a PhD in your faculty. Exposing your theory in a
public newsgroup is not very convenient, if you ask for my opinion.
