[cut]
New evidence cemented the bizarre idea that the universe is made mostly of mysterious "dark matter," being stretched apart by an unknown force called "dark energy." This set of discoveries claims top honours as the Breakthrough of the Year, named by the journal Science. Chosen for their profound implications for society and the advancement of science, these insights into our "dark" universe plus nine other research advances make up Science's top ten scientific developments in 2003. [cut] Dark Energy and Dark Matter is the by-product of desperate frauds and financiers fleeting hopes for return on investment. Just like the experts who once indoctrinated millions with the fraudulent Physics of naked fornicating lovers in magical gardens of Edens, today's experts continue to fund their befuddled attempts at forcing absurdies onto an increasingly reluctant reality by doping the general tax-paying public with fairy tale fiction of Dark Energy and Dark Matter. A breakthrough in common sense and the scientific doctrine it is indeed. JS |

But it is at such a fundamental level, that no one dare admit it........... lest their religion finally fail. H.Ellis Ensle |

To Ensle: If our present understanding of gravity is flawed, do you
have any suggestions as to what a better understanding would be? |

I'm just waiting to reap the billions from my investments in dark matter and dark energy startups. You might be interested in purchasing one of the pet dark matter clumps. |

I hear they are easy to clean up after and did not show dirt too much... but were hard to find in the dark. |

Assuming a Newtonian gravity induced elliptical orbit, does the Moon still decelerate about the Earth as you have explicitly claimed? Keep running, tax-hog. JS |

Keep running, tax-hog. I see your are envious that I enjoy my job and get paid for it. You are stuck being a crank... which does not pay very well I bet. |

"Daniel Weston" wrote in message ... To Ensle: If our present understanding of gravity is flawed, do you have any suggestions as to what a better understanding would be? Unfortunately no. It has me totally puzzled. One of the problems with gravity is our meagre experience with it. What gravity have we experimented with? Only relatively weak static fields. You compare this with what has been done in the subject of E&M and you can see right away the problem. People have theorized on the subject of gravity to the nth degree, but what is needed is a wider experimental base. But how do we get it? I don't know. H.Ellis Ensle |
