Default Philips BGA2031/1 MMIC variable gain amps

Make sure you read the data sheet first if you're thinking these might
make good general purpose amps! Those MMICs are only for the cellular
frequency range--minimum freq of 800MHz.

I've picked up a few of those kinds of things over the
years.................the imaginary terms are so large, that you can't
really tune many of them below a few hundred MHz.
