Default Sideways light direction vectors

Can anybody cite practical proof that light gains transverse component from
a moving body?

Q. If that were the case - we would see Saturn differently from Earth than
from close by.

Yes?

You have had this explained to you before.

Consider a laser firing a pulse of light at a stationary (with respect to
the laser) target.

Now observe this from a spaceship moving at right angles to the
line from the laser to the target. The beam still hits the target.
