Default Shells are atomic curves

Shells or orbitals are the atomic curves electron waves travel around
the nucleus in. Shells are matter geometry.

Mutual exclusive.

Geometry is abstract, while matter still abstract but at different
level

When you have geometry you have not matter, because geometry is
matter. Therefore you can not have geometry when you have matter.

You can't have both

Sure you can. It is called Geometrodynamics.

Everything is geometry but time.

Time has only one direction, which can be dilated, yes

While geometry can flow in both directions, which can be contracted,
in only one direction, yes

In a way you are right, but you cannot escape the fact that geometry
can flow in both directions, while time cannot.

Show me a geometry manifold as many times you wish, flowing in only
one direction, then you are right, geometry is time.
