Yup, Randi retracted that one. Professional psychics stopped
applying after it became clear they would not get away with
their tricks. The challenge wasn't supposed to be about
ridiculing sadly self-deluded people, but that's who's been
applying in recent years.

Randi announced the termination some time in advance, so anyone
considering applying had fair notice.
