Po-tay-to, po-tah-to. What is a current anyway? It's a
migration of charges. THe LHC is going to be moving
charges at almost lightspeed through a 27 km loop. In fact,
there will be two currents involved (which add, just for
perversity, as they go in opposite directions but also
involve opposite charges).

Of course, we've had this sort of thing since at least
the Bevatron in the 1950's.

So what precisely do you mean?

Accelerated eletricity should be the future of energy. I am looking at
what kind of wire will accomplish this goal.
