Default is an electron really an electron, or rather a small part of nucleus?

there are still many unknowns in relaticity

for instance if an electron is an electron, taken
away from its nucleus, up in a space ship, off from
earth, at a speed close to light, over to tha other
side of tha universe

where it combines to another nucleus, but now
much younger than its twin nucleus, left on earth,
which he nevar know

consequently, if electron is an electron, here on
earth will for ever be a deficit of older electrons, while
on tha othar side of universe will be an abundance of
younger electrons

which seems to violate somthing i dont know
