Default Time speed is the Light speed limit of the universe

You can define time speed as Light Speed or the maximum rate
information can be transmitted. The speed of light can be slowed
without changing time. The speed of time is more accurately the speed
limit of the universe. No signal can move faster than Time or light in
a vacuum. Only when light is moving through matter does it go below
the speed limit.

Gravitational time sets the speed of light.

Time is the fastest thing moving with light sometimes comming in
second.

Hey Mitch, Maxwell based his computation of the propagaton of the
velocity of the media based on a rather simple formula realating the
permiability and permissivity of the media, and this directly leads to
the computation of light propagation velocity in free space, a vacuum,
or in a fiber of glass filament.

Mitch, I seriously doubt that you have stuident sifficent physicst to
even grasp what either of the two parameter are, so why do you persist
in posting your mindless blather on a science oriented newsgroup? Any
first or second year physics student knows that gravity has absolutely
nothing to do with the propagation of electromagnetic waves in space
or in any other physical media.

Harry C.

p.s., Mitch, seeing that you know absolutely know nothing about real
physics, why don't you simply lie back, watch you favorite TV show or
porn videos, drunk you booze or whatever turns you on, and leave
physics to those that have bothered to really study the subject.

Please define permeability and permitivity Harry.
