Default Time rate and velocity are unified in Special Relativity

For every velocity their is an exact time rate. This is the slowing of
(Gamma) time for moving matter.

For every change in motion there is a change in time rate. Motion and
time are unified. This is motion time of Einstein's SR. Acceleration
slows time. This is the gravitational time of Einstein's GR. Gravity
is acceleration.

Fastest time is Gamma One. Fastest time is the starting point for the
contraction of the time metric. Time slows from there. The two times
are gravitational and motion.
