Why don't you look at the web site. The transpacitor is a breakthrough in
semiconductor technology that has been reverse engineered from a chip that
was recovered from the Roswell site. Everybody knows that they recovered
almost a whole UFO and it is kept at the Groom Lake AFB (area 51). I
spent
four years in the Air Force as a special weapons technician and have
talked
to people who have seen the UFO in operation. It uses antigravity
generated
by a graviton laser. The beam of this graviton laser can be directed in
any
direction to overcome gravity or propel the ship in any direction.
Transpacitors are used to control the crossed electronic and magnetic
fields
that simulate masses by bending space time in the correct configuration to
form a gravity mirror for the graviton laser.
