I was working in a space intelligence shop at the time of the Lunar
landings. Do you know how difficult it is to coordinate a movie with
radio and television broadcasts that seem to come from outer space?
No? Neither does anyone else. The time delay is one thing and there
are propagation features that are very difficult to duplicate even
today.

IIRC no one who knew anything about space and communications at the
time claimed fraud.
