i have just heard from my Physics teacher, that the sound that comes
when the radio is on, and is adjusting to the frequency(buzzing like sound) is due to the cosmic background radiation. what is it, someone plz explain this to me, it looks very interesting, but i have too limited knowledge to understand it. plz explain from basics, i dont have a good depth in this.
