Smart Challenges Einstein's Equation E = mc^2

If mass can never reach the speed of light, so how is it he uses the

speed
of light to convert mass into energy?

Einstein used QM, so he must be wrong too.

Kinetic Energy = 1/2 m v^2

E = m c^2

Idiot. Get it right or shut-up:

E = T + mc^2 = sqrt[ (pc)^2 + (mc^2)^2 ]

E is the total energy, m is the rest mass, T is the kinetic energy,
and p is the momentum. You are an idiot, and you are wrong.

momentum is mv

How did you get the momentum of mass to go to the speed of light c?

And again you show no derivation, you just say

mc^2 --- mass can't travel at the speed of light
