How does the universe expand in the beginning if its singularity makes
it the biggest possible black hole and infinite in gravity? How can it expand against its monumental gravity? Nobody has explained it. But they keep on assuming it. |

Nobody has explained it. But they keep on assuming it. I think you are confused. Gravity didn't exist the way it does now when the Big Bang happened. And the name is confusing. It wasn't a 'bang', as it wasn't combustion. It was more like an expansion. Perhaps you ought to google some models of the early universe. I look up my stuff on Google, and what I can't find on Google Search Engine, I find here. I hope this at least partially helps. (...Starblade Riven Darksquall...) |

Dear b92057:
wrote in message ps.com... How can I access the sci.physics FAQ? You've got the answer now from Sam Wormley. I was a day or two late with the "Welcome..." message. My apologies. David A. Smith |
