Hello,
I am doing my master degree in the field on dsp based fiber optic gyroscope. I have some doubt regarding fiber optic gyroscope 1. How modulating signal applied to PZT help in detecting small rotation rate? How is optical length changed by the modulating signal?.since both clockwise as well as counter clockwise light signal pass through the PZT. 2. Does the modulating frequency change with temperature? how do you cater this problem? 3.what is reciprocality property? 4.what is the best value for the modulation index for wide dynamic range. 5. How can i use fourier transformer because if the modulating frequency drifts because of temperature, this will result in leakage in the FFT output? How do i cater for this problem? Any reference or suggestion will be great waiting for reply with regards praveen |
