You should give the guy a little credit for having his stuff on ebay.
I don't see anything fraudulent in his claims- they may be wrong but that's different than fraud where someone knowingly tries to deceive. In any case, I wouldn't be so quick to call someone who has their money where their mouth is a fraud until I have at least tried his product, especially in this age of lawsuits.
