Why do you need a 4th expanding dimension to emerge the illusion
of time?

Simply, existing space can be considered to be expanding spherically
and that itself would create the continuity of the universe, no time
or time dimension or 4th dimension required. The three spacial
dimensions being thus three expanding spacial dimensions.

Without time how would you determine something changed which is what you
must do to claim it is expanding?

The mind does that, Bill.

Continuity/persistence exist not a time entity.

change = rate * time

time is change occurring at some rate.

Simplistic, yes, I admit it, but if that state works for George W.
Bush, why knock it???????

Whatever it takes to fuel the world economy.

Have a nice day.

She has yet to answer my question about how she crosses the
road when a semi is coming towards her without using time
as a dimension.

Outside of the thread subject, and June's concept, and depending on the
connotations of your term "time as a dimension", if value am tension of
relationship 'of forces', and given a frame of reference or co-ordinate
system and also a standard event speed (SES), I do not see any problem with
dynamism - it is given in "tension of relationship 'of forces'" - nor with
regulating how objects pass at a given point without colliding as in your
question. Do you?

The mind does that, Bill.

Does it now. The mind also interprets experiments to determine if they fit
models. Describe to me the experimental consequence of your startling
insight - or is you mind too preoccupied with figuring out how fit time in
when it does not exist.

Continuity/persistence exist not a time entity.

Your mind is obviously in buzzword generator mode.

Bill

Of course any application re "time" is generated by the mind.

Think about it.

Factors relating to continuity are your job to sort out now that
it is being realized that no time entity like block time exists.
