Moving Dimensions Theory: Time is Not The Fourth Dimension, but a Phenomena The Arises Becuase The Fourth Dimension is Expanding Relative to The Three Spatial Dimensions
Ok so some 4th dimension is "expanding" - expanding with respect to
what? I don't think you're getting rid of time here, just disguising it. I'd recommend you read "The Unreality of Time" by John Ellis McTaggart before you continue any further. If you can understand it you should see the flaw in your reasoning.
