It takes two (Oct 5)
http://physicsweb.org/article/news/9/10/3 Astronomers have observed X-rays and visible light from two short gamma-ray bursts for the first time. The observations suggest that the bursts are caused by the collision of two neutron stars, or a neutron star and a black hole. |
