Default Need Inverse Cascade Ref.

I've been reading up on the Kolmogorov spectrum and I found plenty of good
sources on line, but I can't find anything introductory about the inverse
cascade. Does anybody know of any good sites that have a detailed
introduction to the process? TIA.
