Default ellipse equation

Hi!
I have to find the equation of an ellipse: i know the foci coordinates, the
lenght of the major axis and the length of the minor axis.

(Note: the axis are not parallel to the x and y axis of th coordinates
system)

Can anyone help me?

Thank you very much!

Take an arbitrary point (x,y) and describe the distance from it to
both foci. Set the sum of the two distances equal to the major axis
and you have the equation of the ellipse. Simplify.
