Default Origin of Inertia in Emergent Gravity

http://qedcorp.com/APS/zpf2005.pdf

My key new discovery is

I. Einstein-Cartan tetrad = 1 + Lpd(Phase of Vacuum Condensate)

That should be compared with

II. v(IT) = (h/m)Grad(Phase of BIT Pilot Wave)

I is the ELASTIC-PLASTIC 4D Super Solid that "fractures" to make
curvature and maybe torsion as topological defect densities (H.
Kleinert). I is for micro-quantum and macro-quantum liquids.

These are PHASE JUMPS or SINGULARITIES corresponding to
multiply-connected vacuum manifolds of non-bounding cycles of various p
and closed non-exact Cartan forms. That is non-trivial co-homology and
homology as well as nonlocal holonomies (anholonomy).

The quantum of circulation h/m in a Super Liquid is replaced by the
quantum of length Lp in the Super Solid or "World Crystal" (H. Kleinert).

If the Vacuum Manifold is for SU(3) QCD then we have all kinds of
topological defects e.g. Pioneer Anomaly.

We probably have to use spontaneous breakdown of symmetry in all of
U(1)xSU(2)xSU(3) or its GUT generalizations like SO(10)?

All of space-time physics is in the BRANCH CUTS of the set of Goldstone
Phases.

Weak force theory SU(2)xU(1) has a vacuum condensate, so does strong
force theory SU(3). Note the U(1) above is hypercharge.

Which condensate should be plugged into

Einstein-Cartan tetrad = 1 + Lpd(Phase of Vacuum Condensate) ?

Note, my original vacuum condensate is independent of the SM condensates
above. I simply had a zero mass conformal Dirac Sea of virtual
electron-positron pairs with the other condensates as small corrections.
Basic theorem is that any net attractive interaction between fermions
will cause a collapse to a ODLRO state spontaneously breaking symmetry.
George Chapline seems to disagree with that?

Since Einstein's GR claims to be the origin of inertia and since the QCD
SU(3), says Frank Wilczek, provides most of inertia as confined kinetic
energy with weak SU(2) Yukawa couplings only giving the small inertias
of the trapped quarks inside the "bag", it would seem that we must use
the chiral SU(3) condensate? See also Lenny Susskind's "technicolor".

So most of the mass seems to come from an SU(3) QCD condensate not the
weak SU(2) condensate.

Hmmm for SU(2)

I am introducing a new paradigm here.

1. The Cartan forms provide an objective local way to do spacetime
physics at least "classically" independent of all observer POVs (both
LIF & LNIF).

The key result is

ds^2 = guvdx^udx^v = eI(x)e^I(x)

where

e(x) = eI(x)dx^I is the objective local Einstein-Cartan "gravity field"
here in invariant form for both LIF and LNIF observers. That is the
fundamental objective local scalar ds^2 of Einstein's 1915 GR is simply
the scalar product of the local tetrad with itself that is an absolute
local frame invariant under all transformations in the theory. This is
basically a consequence of the equivalence principle.

My NEW ORIGINAL EQUATION is simply

e(x) = 1 + (hG*/c^3)^1/2d(Goldstone Phase of Higgs VEV)

John Baez in his "Gravity, Gauge, Knots" book explains how

d(Phase) need not be an exact 1-form from non-trivial topology in the
relevant form manifold, i.e. Phase singularities e.g. "Dirac string".

I call this "Flux without flux".

This new equation says

No gravity if the quantum h is zero.

No gravity if the speed of light is infinite.

Even when G =/= 0.

B = (hG*/c^3)^1/2d(Goldstone Phase of Higgs VEV)

is also the compensating gauge potential from locally gauging global T4
to local Diff(4).

Both local gauging and spontaneous broken vacuum symmetry come together
in the emergence of Einstein's gravity field from macro-quantum phase
coherence.

2. Space-time physics is local only because "classical" is an illusion
that needs to be replaced by "macro-quantum" or "ODLRO" or "VEV" (Vacuum
Expectation Value) from "spontaneous broken symmetry" or more generally
"More is different" theory of bottom - up emergent order.

3. Obviously BOTH

Bottom - Up + Top - Down

&

IT FROM BIT + BIT FROM IT

supplementing John Archibald Wheeler's

"Law without law"

4. Space-time physics is local because the macro-quantum Higgs VEV is
local. This is a well-understood feature of Oliver Penrose's "ODLRO" of
reduced micro-quantum density matrices (correlation functions).

5. The arrow of time, i.e. early universe post-Big Bang has low entropy
that increases as our local universe's space expands in the multiverse
of parallel other worlds, is because the formation of the Higgs VEV in
the inflation from the false vacuum lowers the entropy as is well known
in superfluid physics.

6. Extra space-dimensions bring the unification scale of the forces down
to low energy (G* ~ 10^40G) and enable Wheeler's "mass without mass"
micro-geon explanation of the hadronic resonance Regge trajectories in
the context of David Bohm's IT "hidden variable" theory with BIT pilot
waves. It is significant that in the standard model only the
charge-neutral component of the Higgs VEV doublet gives the inertia to
the leptons and quarks in the "Yukawa coupling". This doublet is a basic
representation of weak SU(2) and it allows the Hedgehog topological
defect in the Higgs vacuum manifold seen in the NASA Pioneer anomaly.
The SM Higgs mechanism is essentially a lumped-parameter version of the
micro-geon model.
