Default "controversial" new model of time?

Wilson da Silva:
Thought the following might be of interest to the list ...

Newtonian physics reworked by amateur

A 27 year-old New Zealand teacher and university drop-out claims to
have a new, more convincing solution to long-standing motion and time
paradoxes first raised by the ancient Greeks.

The controversial new model of time, developed by Peter Lynds - a
broadcasting tutor from Wellington - appears in the August issue of
the journal, Foundation of Physics Letters, and has generated heated
discussion in theoretical physics.

He doesn't have a model. If you read the actual article, you'll
notice what he published were some philosophical ideas. Those don't
appear to be all that novel.
