For years now I have been harping that a CFC-variant that self
transports and absorbs sunlight and is benign to ozone will create an
Earth AirConditioner.

However, I wonder if another idea is better. That Hydrogen Peroxide
manufactured on Earth and put into commercial airlines and released in
the flight apogee and space flights have quantities and released in the
upper atmosphere whether the Hydrogen Peroxide can turn into ozone and
thereby build up the ozone to a point in which it was during the Ice
Ages if it was a Maximum amount.

So I wonder, if H2O2 is the miracle compound that forms the basis of
Earth's first global AirConditioner.

Perhaps there is no CFC-variant to make a basis for an AirConditioner.
But we should find out and prove whether CFCs could or could not act as
an AirConditioner.

NASA, gov has a website that relates the "Little Ice Age" of circa 1410-1720
with Solar Sunpot decrease in activity. They somehow relate Ozone increase
into the mix but they show no evidence that Ozone increase is caused by
decrease in Sunspot and Flare activity. Nor do they mention why a increase
in Ozone further cools Earth. They talk about a Maunder Minimum.

But what I need is facts and data and information as to whether and how an
increase in Ozone will cool Earth. It is beyond humanity to affect and
influence the Sun to alter its Flare and Sunspot activity. But it is in the
reach of humanity to alter the composition of Earth upper atmosphere. So if
I can be assured that an increased Ozone layer is proportional to increased
cooling of Earth, then I simply find a way to increase the Ozone to create
Earth's First Air Conditioner.

The idea is to get more oxygen atoms up there. Once up there they interact
so that more ozone is formed.
