Default Lynds, Delphi Oracle and Zeno

Please read the following statement as made by Lynds in his paper and
offer your interpretations in the context posed:

Lynds: Certainty is traded for continuity for there is not a precise
instant in time for physical vales to be determined.

Does Lynds mean:

A. There is not a precise instant in time and therefore physical
values cannot be determined.

or

B. There are a precise instants in time but there is no such precise
instant in time where physical values can be determined

or

C. Physical values do not have the property of a precise instant in
time for their determination

I don't know if B and C share identity so sci.logic people can really
help hear. This is not physics, it's a logical game people.

Lynds seems a master in language games and if he hasn't studied the
techniques of the Delphi Oracle he is a natural Pythia.

The uncertainty principle is the result of assuming continuity of
space/time. Enjoy, who'd want to live in a predictable universe?

He speaks the obvious: all physical measurements are rounded off.
