FAX's are easy to generate from computer, and documents can be
constructed pixel by pixel. In a matter of time, you'll also see fake
computer-generated photos, voice recordings and even videos, constructed
down to the last pixel or wavelet coefficient. The learning curve is
not really that steep. Nor is it for stealing the identities of
terrorist masterminds currently in hiding and subverting their
