(:-) (after reading my book ?? ) now a little quick explanation you ust stick into your minds that 1 energy is mass in motion !! got it once and forever MASS IN MOTION in the nuc it is not just mass it is even mass of some still unknown subparticles !! the proton ot neutrons ar enot justr built of 3 quarks it is a chain of many sun orbitlas and each orbita might be a subparticle the active links of that chain are on its edge !!! as free ie connected just on one of their edges the other edge is free tomakeconnecions now those connections ar3 not just energy of even subparticledependant it is even the proper *geometric *orientation of those subparticles !! now while a connection is done the connected perticles come closer in order of doing it some of those subparticles must give up and be shot out in order of making the right geometric connection 9connections are possible only in some right geometric angles (generaaly speaking i found that any connecion between orbitals is done not on a straight line but with a break of angle at the point of connection (the 30 and 60 degrees break -is very common !!the 90 degree is less common but still exists ) so the binding energies are not just avague vapour it is particles withmass and to the question why it is diffult to rebnuild the orriginal particles in the op question torebuild the protonneutron it is not jsut pumpind in say heat you need the secific orriginal subparticles to 'pump in' methaphorically if your alternator of your car was broken you cant replace it by just pumping in say heat **you must fit is a new GENERATOR and not just a new generatot it must be **in the right place* morover all the wire connections must be on the right place !!!! so i cant give here a whole semester of nuclear structure it is just the tip of the ICEBERG while 90 percent is still under the water (:-) while millions of pompus idiots and crooks are walking around and posing as if they understand every thing !!
