Default Feebleness of "Journal of Modern Optics", "Optics Letters" and others

Referee's Comment of "Journal of Modern Optics" was, "The work is of
questionable validity and should not be published in the Journal".
That's all. This Comment was done after a 2.5 months consideration of
my paper "Inevitability of the electrodynamics' spin tensor". As I
show in this paper, six experimental and theoretical works confirm,
contrary to the standard electrodynamics, that the spin tensor exists
(see my post "Silence of the physicists"). The paper is published at
www.sciprint.org and www.mai.ru/projects/mai_works

"Optics Letters" Manuscripts Office sent me a message, "We will not
consider this paper for publication in any OSA journal. Please do not
submit it again." That's all.

I can be wrong. That happened to me before. However, please check the
facts.
