I better wrap this up, since it is straying far away from Darwin
Evolution theory. I should write
a separate book on this topic of pulsars as advanced civilizations.
But it is good to get this
topic out into the open.

Let me first review What is a Radio Wave and Radio Station.

(1) A radio station is say typically 470 KiloCycles and that station
uses say typically
50,000 watts of power electricity.

(2) The radio station is a time frequency Coil Wire with Capacitor.
And something to drive
a Transistor which is just a switch to turn off and turn on.

(3) Now a power source of 3 elements in transistor, to short the
switch, negative Voltage
opens the switch and a positive pulse to close the switch.

(4) In effect a Radio or TV are merely an AC current, or Alternating
Current.

(5) But an AC current is monotone, that is does not carry information
unless the AC current
is changed. There are two ways to change the AC current as to either
changing the amplitude
AM radio or changing the frequency FM radio. So to have a Radio and
Radio Station we produce
a AC current and then change the amplitude or frequency and that
broadcasts information.
If no change of the AC current would put out only a monotone, no
information.

(6) How do we change the amplitude or frequency? By changing the
Capacitor or the Coil
of wire.

(7) How to make the AC current a monotone pulse such as a Pulsar?
Easy, by attaching
the Oscillator as described above of the coil and capacitor to a
Crystal. The Crystal makes
the current into a noninformation monotone pulse.

Now, let us say the countries of the world hired Archimedes Plutonium
to build a Pulsar Machine.
A Pulsar Machine that would look like a pulsar from outer space if we
traded places with
a pulsar. So how would I build such a machine? Simple, I would have a
hydroelectric dam
power source which is far far enough. In fact a small tiny dam would
be more than sufficient.
And this hydroelectric power dam would be attached to a Radio Station
and attached to
a large crystal that makes the signal monotone and pulsed.

But better yet, Earth already is a pulsar as viewed from outer space.
Earth has alot of radio
and TV signal transmissions which wander into outer space and if a
Alien had a powerful enough
Receiver could be watching old Bugs Bunny Cartoons somewhere in outer
space. But the
signal is degraded over large distance. However, the combined Earth's
Radio and TV signals
is turned into a Monotone Pulse by the Magnetosphere of Earth. So that
some alien sitting
out there on Pulsar J0737-3039 or on any of the other 1700 known
pulsars and checking on
the Sun and Solar System would be picking up a pulsed radio wave due
to the Radio and TV
combined activities of human civilization.

The Magnetosphere of Earth acts as a gigantic Crystal that makes the
combined TV and Radio
signals of all of Earth as a monotone pulsed signal. So aliens
checking out the Sun
would pick up this pulsed signal. Now they maybe as dumb as humans
into thinking that
those pulsed signals were some exotica of a neutron star, or they
maybe more advanced than
humanity and realize that it is the summation of advanced living
activity.

Now I have a reverse problem. I said that if a pulsar as neutron star
shuts down and then
later resumes pulsing is an indication that the pulsar is alien
activity and that most pulsars
do shut down and later resume. So if pulsars are a product of
civilization then how does all
the human radio and TV signals all shut down and later resume
broadcasting? So what was
an argument for alien life and not a neutron star, has now come back
to haunt me.
