In response to a fair amount of recent discussion about Foldy-Wouthuysen
on sci.physics.foundations, someone suggested that a Wiki article be
started on this topic because at present there is none.

As the primary provocateur of this discussion, I have taken a crack at
getting the ball rolling on such an article, which is at:

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions you may have about this
article, and, of course, since it is in the public domain, would welcome
any assistance in beefing this up. For example, I have only addressed
free-fermion solutions; some discussion of electrodynamic interactions
would also be warranted.
