Default TIME IS MOVING RELATIVE TO SPACE: Could the relative motion of dimensions unify quantumn mechanics and relativity?

Simply put, it is not possible to rotate an object into the time
dimension without that object gaining a velocity.

Hey stooopid, look up "boost."

Can you then please provide us with an example of rotating an object
into the time dimension without it gaining a velocity?
