| Nope, (B) placed the ruler end to end, but only came up with 4580 foot per
| interval.

So why is his count different than (A)'s?

| (B) double checked with the next 25 line intervals as well (same result) -
| so his result is more reliable than (A)'s
|
|
| So why is (A)'s result 'right' when (B)'s is 'wrong'.

You have not proven (B) is correct,
you merely stated he did the same (A) did with different results.
You can not prove such.
So far, you have not come close to proving (B)'s length
of the mile is shorter than (A)'s, you have done the typical
twist and state routine with no physical proof.

If (B) truly measure the same was as (A) but faster,
you need to prove who is correct.
not me,
I know (B) sis not do such because he merely flew by.
You have to show how he could do such with a ruler
by simply flying by.
