Dr. Sagan spent much of his life debuncking the kind of "truth claims" of
"vedic science". He was an atheist and faught greatly any attempt of
religion meddiling in science. His reference to hinduism is about the
scale of time and how it was of a kind that used large amounts of it to
explain the history. Like so many things jay stevens,aka dr. jai etc.,
posts this is in directed contridiction to the effect he tries to force
upon it. Dr. Sagan would have laughed him off the stage after sweeping
the floor with him, for as many cycles as jay stevens could have absorbed
before asking for mercy in any intellectual interchange.
