Default A PERPETUAL MOTION MACHINE OBEYING CONSERVTION OF ENERGY

I know that this looks a bit akward but I believe it is worth
thinking. And yes i am new here so please dont bombard me with sharp
critics.
The fact is long proved (by hundreds of failures) that it is not
possible to design any perpetual motion machine since the concept
disobeys law of conservation of energy. However, this one needs a
consideration since it probably does not violate the law of
conservation of energy. Let us assume two magnets one placed on earth
and the other brought closer to it till the former clings to it.During
this process the potential energy of the magnet placed on earth has
increased. No magnetic opposition was offered to the second magnet
while it was brought closer to the first one hence we spend no energy.
To explain this increase in energy of the 1st magnet we assume that
the energy spent in separating the two magnets is stored in the form
of potential energy in the magnets. But suppose if the two magnets were
at contact with each other at time t--0 (Ofcourse time is relative)
then are we tapping the energy released during the big bang.Much like
the way an asteroid entering the earth has high gravitational P.E.
although work was never done in lifting it above the surface of the
earth. If true then a device tapping this energy can be do work without
actively consumming any energy which our normal devices use like
heat, electricity etc.The significance is to show that what we believe
is never possible is possible.
