There is an anomalous g' ~ 10^-8g(Earth)~ 10^-5 cm/sec^2 from the Sun on
Pioneer.
Imagine a uniform sphere of negative zero point energy density of radius
R centered at the Sun.
G(mass density) is replaced by c^2/\zpf
Let r be the distance of Pioneer from the Sun.
g' = (4pi/3)c^2/\zpfR^3/r^2
On this simplest of models where r R
In contrast, if r R then
g' = (4pi/3)c^2/\zpfr
Remember, /\zpf can be positive or zero depending on the intensity of
the Higgs Ocean macro-quantum coherent field.
/\zpf = (a)^-2[a^3|Higgs Ocean|^2 - ]
a = h/Mc = short quantum wave cutoff.
People in quantum gravity like M = 10^-5 gm, but quantum gravity now
seems a wrong idea especially since quantum foam effects are, so far,
missing in the spectra of gamma rays from deep space - last I heard.

The key of course is the local stress-energy density current
conservation law:

The anomaly is from assuming /\zpf = 0.

exotic vacuum effect.

Decoding The Cipher of Genesis
Here is the basic picture in a nutshell.
1. The pre-inflationary false vacuum is an unstable random choppy
globally flat space-time with a gapless Dirac Sea of negative energy.
There is no rest mass because there is no gravity.
2. The pre to post-inflationary vacuum phase transition (spontaneous
broken continuous symmetry) is the formation of a non-perturbative
background independent "BCS" type dynamical ODLRO vacuum condensate
called the Higgs Ocean of massless fermion-antifermion virtual pairs
whose quasi-particles have energy gaps that are the rest masses of the
lepto-quarks and W bosons. Einstein's smooth c-number gravity field with
both dark energy and dark matter all emerge from the phase and intensity
ripples respectively, in this Higgs Ocean.
3. Einstein's cosmological constant is small because most of the random
w = -1 zero point energy density is sucked, or swept under the rug, as
it were, into the vacuum coherence. This balance is delicate and can be
disturbed. That is what metric engineering of warp, wormhole and weapon
is all about. Any residual positive zero point energy density has equal
and opposite negative pressure that strongly anti-gravitates when
distributed in a spherically symmetric inverse power law. If the power
law is direct, like a 3D harmonic oscillator, the dark energy will
attract. Indeed this stabilizes the single electron as a spatially
extended micro-geon Bohm hidden variable. It also explains Ken Shoulders
EVOs, which have nothing to do with the Casimir force. Similarly,
negative zero point energy density with positive pressure acts like dark
matter in an inverse power law configuration. One example of this is the
galactic halo holding the stars in our galaxy. Dark matter detectors
cannot click with the Right Stuff anymore than the Michelson-Morley
interferometer could show the Galilean relativity ether drift. There is,
of course, the general relativity drift relative to the Hubble flow.
4. The observed Casimir force ~ hcA/d^4 for neutral conducting parallel
plates of area A separated by d, like in a flat capacitor without
charges, cannot be understood as a zero point energy force from confined
virtual photons with long waves along the normal to the plates filtered
out. Indeed the zero point pressure from each virtual particle species
must be zero in such a case for reasons of general relativity. Special
relativistic quantum field theory breaks down. This breakdown is known
as the cosmological constant problem described by John Krauss in the
attached Nature article. The Casimir force is a complicated
electrostatic force as explained by Ian Peterson that does not at all
tap the zero point energy of virtual photons contrary to the claims of
Harold Puthoff et-al.
